VP R&D and Product Management

Dr. Kerstin Höfle, VP R&D and Product Management at Körber Business Area Supply Chain, is responsible for defining and managing the automation portfolio and driving innovation, especially in the field of robotics. Her personal goal is to create the supply chain of the future, this is why she always follows a comprehensive approach in her daily work and encourages her team to follow an open, collaborative culture and think outside the box. Kerstin holds a diploma in economics and engineering and finished her PhD at the Institute of Supply Chain Management at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. Logistics and Supply Chain Management have always been part of her scientific and professional career. Before joining Körber, she spent several years at Swisslog, developing digital strategies. Kerstin enjoys spending time with friends, family and lots of sports.
